Infinite Possibilities (IP) was established in 2001. Our purpose is to enhance, empower and encourage the lives of women through motivational seminars, workshops, conferences, and retreats. Our desire is to inspire women to realize their potential recognize their purpose and move into their destiny. IP provides self-esteem seminars, career planning, spiritual, fitness, and wellness retreats as tools to build the physical, emotional and spiritual realm of women.

Michelle Mardenborough
Founder & President
Michelle Mardenborough is a consummate professional and Leadership Coach with over 25 years of client relationship, process improvement, and goal development & management. Michelle is certified in Lean Thinking, Ritz-Carlton Service Excellence, Disney Quality Service and is a Certified DDI facilitator. Her areas of expertise include lean management, service excellence, personal branding, mentorship training and women executive coaching. Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in mass media and Theatre from Morgan State University and a master’s degree in theology from Oral Roberts University. She is the founder of Infinite Possibilities Inc, A nonprofit organization that empowers individuals to recognize their potential, purpose and destiny through the Word of God and the power of their faith.
Michelle is a “Call to Action Motivational Speaker, she hosts women’s retreats, conferences, and symposiums; she is the author of Empowered to Lead Determined to Succeed, a workbook on goal setting and achieving your dreams and a devotional workbook, Motivating Moments A 21-day Transformation with the Lord and Civics Matter 101. In 2023 she launched Motivating Moments with Michelle, a weekly podcast on Harvest Global Media, harvestglobalfm.com. Michelle is also the founder and Executive Director of 1 Vote Counts Inc, a nonprofit civic engagement organization that is committed to protecting diversity and democracy. Her desire, based on Proverbs 29:2, “When the righteous are in authority the people rejoice; but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.” is to engage, prepare and empower the next generation to be, courageous, righteous leaders who will be Godly voices of integrity to protect our religious freedom, democracy, and diversity. Michelle’s rally cry is “All things are possible with God.”
Satyn Nishon Geary
Vice President
Satyn Geary is a professional with over a decade of successful experience in client relationship management. She values the importance of cultivating and maintaining positive relationships; she has a deep understanding and a solid reputation for fostering relationships on a local and state level. This has been proven through her successful alliances with government officials, community leaders, corporations, as well as grassroots organizations.
Previously, she provided strategic planning and insight to legislators and legislative staff representing diverse interests. Satyn received her M.B.A. from Kennesaw State University and her B.A. in Communications with a concentration on Public Relations from Elizabethtown College. She is a motivated individual that is passionate about delivering exceptional service and always looking for ways to improve personally and professionally.

Ethlyn Ottley Farrell is a intercessor, author , entrepreneur, ordained minister, licensed cosmetologist, motivational speaker,and educator. She is the founder of Victory In Prayer Center, which launched on March 4, 2013. Under this ministry there is a weekly interactive conversation ' Monday Musings' and prayer call 'Winning Wednesdays. She designed and created a trademark in 2018 ,' Build A Prayer' with the intention to educate and teach prayer to God's people. Expanding this service to other platforms she has a new weekly podcast - The Advantage ' that is aired on Harvest Global app.
Ethlyn has authored three (3) books: a devotional, Alone in the Presence of God, released in 2011; a mini - book, There's a Miracle in Your Mouth, released 2013; and Prayers That Touch Heaven and Change Earth, released in 2016. She is currently working on several books and publications that is marked for release in 2023 - 2024.
With deep roots in her faith, along with a strong love for God and His people, Ethlyn is committed to the next level in Christ, waiting with great anticipation for the next move of God. Her greatest desire is to use her God- given talents to win others to salvation and give them the tools for victorious living.
